A Private Dinner Experience at Lost Creek Farm
A Night to Remember
In December I had the opportunity to share a phenomenal dinner at Lost Creek Farm. Since it was winter, the menu featured end-of-season and kept items. I highly recommend this experience for anyone curious about West Virginia. The experience was rich in Appalachian culture, community and generational dishes. We were spoiled.
It was a privilege to learn about Lost Creek Farm’s Mike Costello and Amy Dawson’s families. They spent time speaking to us in between courses, storytelling about the farm’s history and their family’s Appalachian roots.
In 2023, I will be signing up for their sought-after supper club series in the summer. Lost Creek Farm Patreon members get first dibs (along with recipes and more…)
